The Super Tree

The Moringa tree is a fast-growing tree, native to northern India and used throughout south and Southeast Asia. The leaves, pods, and flowers are dense with nutrition and used in everything from tea to watch oil.

Is it actually healthy?

Yes. Moringa is a rich source of protein, iron, and vitamins B and C.

The leaves contain the highest amount of calcium and prosperous among vegetables and are utilized by many programs to fight malnutrition.

The pods are similarly dense in nutrients and can be ground into a flour and added as a supplement.
